I'm Kate Rigden, a BACP registered integrative counsellor offering compassionate support to individual adults navigating life's challenges. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy through face-to-face sessions in Stowmarket and Ipswich, plus secure online counselling. Working with adults of all ages, I support those facing life transitions, work stress, bereavement, addiction issues, and trauma recovery.

Life brings many challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. I work with adults facing a wide range of everyday concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, and major life transitions. Whether you're dealing with loss and bereavement, struggling with self-esteem, or simply feeling that life has become unmanageable, counselling can provide the support and clarity you need.
I also have experience supporting people through more complex issues, including trauma, various forms of abuse (emotional, physical, domestic), addiction and substance misuse, chronic illness and health anxieties, family conflicts, and the challenges of caring for others. My background includes volunteer work with those affected by addiction and abuse, and extensive experience supporting vulnerable adults through the health and social care system.
